Objectives

1. Our organizations central objective is aligned on following in the footsteps of Khomala Ghosh who has been bringing help to these women for more than 40 years. She has transformed herself into a worldwide example for the most unprotected women.

2. To enhance the personal and social autonomy in order to live as independently as possible and as socially integrated as possible.

3. Training, procuring, and developing their manual skills and work skills that start from the principle that “every person is capable of work.” Work activities are most similar to a regular schedule that can function to promote labour integration in Special Employment Centres of a regular company.

4. The creation of a cooperative association that aims to unite people in their struggle to satisfy their economic, social and cultural needs through democratic processes and collective enterprises in order to generate personal and collective well being and to comply with the General Principles of Cooperation.

5. To foster enjoyment of leisure time and to use their spare time participating in cultural, social and recreational activities that increase social integration in their communities.

6. To promote gender equality, improvement of healthcare and education. With that we contribute to the development of the socio-educational projects and the labour integration which respond to these social needs. We promote socio-health projects that aid the quality of life of people who show physical health problems.
